Bob has been a director and/or an officer of several public companies in the mining sector including Trelawney Mining & Exploration Inc. and Band-Ore Resources Ltd.
James Macintosh, B.Sc., Director
James has a degree in geology and has extensive experience as a mining analyst and in management of mining companies. James has experience as a director and/or officer of several public companies and is currently COO of Innovium Media Corp. and a director of U.S. Silver Corporation. James is also a director of Canuc Resources Corporation.
Stephen Stares, Director
Stephen is a successful entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in mineral exploration. Stephen with his brother owns Stares Contracting Corp. which provides mineral exploration services to companies in the mining industry. Stephen is currently CEO and a director of Benton Resources Corp. and is a director of several other public companies including Jiminex Inc., Ucore Uranium Inc., Rare Earth Metals Inc. and Golden Dory Resources Corp.

Michael is also a successful entrepreneur and co-owns Stares Contracting Corp. Michael has over 20 years experience in prospecting and has a very positive track record for new discoveries. Michael is currently CEO and a director of Rare Earth Minerals Inc. and is currently a director of several other public companies including Benton Resources Corp., Metals Creek Resources Inc., and Jiminex Inc.

Clint is a professional geologist with over 20 years experience in mining exploration and development including several years with Noranda where is was involved in several new base metal discoveries. Clint is currently VP Exploration and a director of Benton Resources Corp. and is also a director of Big Red Diamond Corp. and Jiminex Inc.
Peter M. Clausi, B.A., J.D., Chief Executive Officer and Director
Peter has extensive experience as a business advisor to public and private companies and has served as the chief compliance officer for an exempt market dealer. Peter has been a director and/or officer of a number of public companies and currently is a director of Chesstown Capital Inc.
Brian Crawford, CA, Chief Financial Officer and Director
Brian has over 30 years experience as a business advisor to public and private companies and was formerly a partner with BDO Dunwoody, Chartered Accountants. Brian has successfully built several businesses and is currently president of Brant Capital Partners Inc. and CEO and a director of Chesstown Capital Inc.
